For Cobbler’s Valley Subdivision
Cobbler’s Valley is a single-family subdivision located in Rockingham County, bordering the southern boundary of the City of Harrisonburg, VA. A group of investors is developing this neighborhood, Cobbler’s Valley LLC, that will comprise 169 homes upon completion. The project was completed the summer of 2023.
What We’re Doing
This project consists of a land disturbance area of 38 acres with a total area of 80 acres. GoodEx brought Cobbler’s Valley to life from a steep hillside to a neighborhood for families to enjoy by performing the following services:
- Installed all the erosion and sediment control measures
- Brought in stormwater, drinking water and sanitary sewer piping from nearby locations
- Tackled blasting, rock removal and the hauling of tons of rock found beneath the soil
- Executed heavy earthwork and grading
- Paved asphalt roadways and poured concrete curbing and sidewalks
